Timeline for the Student Assignment Process

  1. 4 Community Engagement Meetings remain.  These are all held from 6:30-9:00 PM in the auditorium of the high schools.  Members of the public are welcome to speak, but you must sign up on-site beginning at 6:00 PM.  Each speaker is given a maximum of 3 minutes to speak.  At these meetings, Chuck Dulaney, Asst. Superindendent of Growth and Planning will present the "Draft Assignment Proposal" and then open up the floor for speakers to make comments and/or ask questions.  Typically, a few School Board members do attend these meetings, but they sit in the audience.  These meetings are for the public to speak directly to Chuck Dulaney in order to offer feedback on the draft, give opinions, and/or suggest other ideas that his department may not have considered when formulating the draft.
